Thanksgiving

We braved the cold and went to watch the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade early in the morning. I loved the horses ... and the poop patrol that followed them. But my very favorites were the balloons. I've always wanted to be under one as it passed.

And a couple of the bugala in her seal suit. Her poor little arms only reach where the elbows should be, so when she moves her arms they look like flippers.

And then of course we headed to the Monroes for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. It was just beautiful and the food was scrumptious as well. It's so nice to have such great friends to celebrate the holidays with when we live so far from family.

I can't believe you actually got to witness first-hand the Macy's day parade. VERY COOL!
